Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for isolating exosomes from a culture medium of yeast, and a use of the isolated yeast-derived exosomes for wound treatment. According to the method for isolating exosomes according to the present invention, exosomes can be efficiently separated from the culture medium of yeast. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, a wound dressing, and a cosmetic composition for treating wounds, promoting wound healing, inhibiting scar formation, or alleviating scars, which contain yeast-derived exosomes as an active ingredient. 본 발명은 효모의 배양액으로부터 엑소좀을 분리하는 방법 및 분리된 효모 유래 엑소좀의 창상 치료 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 엑소좀을 분리하는 방법에 의하면 효모 배양액으로부터 엑소좀을 효율적으로 분리할 수 있다. 본 발명은 효모 유래 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 창상 치료용, 창상 치료 촉진용, 흉터 생성 억제용 또는 흉터 개선용 약학적 조성물, 창상 드레싱, 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.
