Zusammenfassung: | A thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises: 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin having 5-80 g/10 minutes of a melt flow index (MI), measured under a load condition of 2.16 kg at 230℃ according to ASTM D1238; 0.5-10 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin having 150-1,000 g/10 minutes of an MI, measured under a load condition of 2.16 kg at 230℃ according to ASTM D1238; 5-15 parts by weight of a bromine compound having 100-150℃ of a melting point (Tm); 1-8 parts by weight of an antimony compound; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a radical generator; and 0.2-5 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based heat stabilizer. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent flame retardancy, glossiness, whiteness, blooming resistance, balance of physical properties thereof, etc.
본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D1238에 의거하여, 230℃, 2.16 kg 하중 조건에서 측정한 유동흐름지수(MI)가 5 내지 80 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부; ASTM D1238에 의거하여, 230℃, 2.16 kg 하중 조건에서 측정한 유동흐름지수(MI)가 150 내지 1,000 g/10분인 폴리올레핀 수지 0.5 내지 10 중량부; 녹는점(Tm)이 100 내지 150℃인 브롬 화합물 5 내지 15 중량부; 안티몬 화합물 1 내지 8 중량부; 라디칼 형성제 0.5 내지 5 중량부; 및 인계 열안정제 0.2 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 난연성, 광택도, 백색도, 내블루밍성, 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수하다. |
