Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing diclofenac whose bitter taste is masked, which does not contain a salt forming agent, and in which the composition has a pH within the range of 7.0 to 8.0. An oral composition of the present invention has the characteristics of masking the taste of diclofenac so as to be suitable for use in an oral cleansing solution product used for alleviating and treating stomatitis, etc., and has high water solubility and storage stability. 본 발명은 고미가 차폐된 디클로페낙을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 염형성제를 불포함하고,상기 조성물은 pH 7.0 ~ 8.0 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 구강용 조성물은 구내염 등을 경감 및 치료하기 위해 사용되는 구강 세정용액 제품에 사용하기에 적합하도록 디클로페낙의 고미가 차폐되었으며, 수용해도 및 보관안정성이 높은 특징이 있다.
