MUTILAYER ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

Disclosed is a multi-layered electronic component which improves reliability by arranging an insulation layer on a conductive layer of a connection part. The multi-layered electronic component according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body which includes a dielectric layer, first and second internal electrodes alternately arranged in a first direction with the dielectric layer therebetween, first and second surfaces facing each other in the first direction, third and fourth surfaces connected to the first and second surfaces and facing each other in a second direction, and fifth and sixth surfaces connected to the first to fourth surfaces and facing each other in a third direction; a first connection part which includes a first conductive layer arranged on the third surface and connected to the first internal electrode, and a first insulation layer arranged on the first conductive layer; a second connection part which includes a second conductive layer arranged on the fourth surface and connected to the second internal electrode, and a second insulation layer arranged on the second conductive layer; a first external electrode which includes a first electrode layer connected to the first conductive layer and a first plating layer arranged on the first electrode layer, and is arranged on any one among the first, second, fifth and sixth surfaces; and a second external electrode which includes a second electrode layer connected to the second conductive layer and a second plating layer arranged on the second electrode layer, and is arranged on the surface on which the first external electrode is arranged to be spaced apart from the first external electrode. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 적층형 전자 부품은, 유전체층, 상기 유전체층을 사이에 두고 제1 방향으로 번갈아 배치되는 제1 및 제2 내부 전극을 포함하며, 상기 제1 방향으로 대향하는 제1 및 제2 면, 상기 제1 및 제2 면과 연결되고 제2 방향으로 대향하는 제3 및 제4 면, 상기 제1 내지 제4 면과 연결되고 제3 방향으로 대향하는 제5 및 제6 면을 포함하는 바디; 상기 제3 면에 배치되어 상기 제1 내부 전극과 연결되는 제1 도전층, 및 상기 제1 도전층 상에 배치되는 제1 절연층을 포함하는 제1 연결부; 상기 제4 면에 배치되어 상기 제2 내부 전극과 연결되는 제2 도전층 및 상기 제2 도전층 상에 배치되는 제2 절연층을 포함하는 제2 연결부; 상기 제1 도전층과 연결되는 제1 전극층 및 상기 제1 전극층 상에 배치되는 제1 도금층을 포함하며, 상기 제1, 제2, 제5 및 제6 면 중 어느 한 면에 배치되는 제1 외부 전극; 및 상기 제2 도전층과 연결되는 제2 전극층 및 상기 제2 전극층 상에 배치되는 제2 도금층을 포함하며, 상기 제1 외부 전극이 배치된 면에 상기 제1 외부 전극과 이격되어 배치되는 제2 외부 전극; 을 포함한다.
