A bathing robot having a shape-changeable tool according to the present invention comprises: a robot body that has a space in which a user is located formed therein, and that is provided with a bed on which the user can lie down; a body-scrubbing module which is provided in the robot body, while being coupled to an inner surface of the robot body so as to be movable by a guide module, scrubs the body of the user who is located in the space inside the robot body, and which is configured to allow a tool for scrubbing the body of the user to be coupled to one side thereof; and a controlling module that controls driving of the guide module and body-scrubbing module, wherein the shape of the tool is varied according to the cross-sectional area of a part that is brought into close contact with the body of the user. 본 발명에 따른 형상 가변형 툴을 갖는 목욕 로봇은, 내부에 사용자가 위치하는 공간을 형성하며, 사용자가 몸을 누일 수 있는 베드를 갖는 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 구비되되, 상기 몸체의 내측 공간에 위치한 사용자의 몸을 세신 시키기 위하여 가이드모듈에 의해 이동이 가능하도록 결합되며, 일측에 사용자의 몸을 세신 시키는 툴이 결합되는 세신모듈 및 상기 가이드모듈 및 세신모듈의 구동을 제어하는 제어모듈을 포함하고, 상기 툴은 사용자의 몸과 밀착되는 밀착 단면적의 넓이에 따라 형상이 가변 된다.
