Zusammenfassung:Provided is a method for manufacturing a glass soot by depositing glass fine particles by a gas phase synthesis method using a concentric multi-tube burner. The concentric multi-tube burner is equipped with three flame forming ports. Based on a flow rate of a second inert gas outlet of a center port, the flow rate of the gases ejected from the other outlets of the concentric multi-tube burner is determined. The yield of raw materials can be increased when glass soot is manufactured using the concentric multi-tube burner. 동심 다중관 버너를 이용하여 기체상 합성법에 의해 글래스 미립자를 퇴적시켜 글래스 수트를 제조하는 방법이 제공된다. 동심 다중관 버너는 3개의 화염 형성 포트를 구비한다. 중심 포트의 두 번째 불활성 가스 분출구의 유량을 기준으로 동심 다중관 버너의 다른 분출구로부터 분출되는 가스들의 유량이 결정된다. 동심 다중관 버너를 이용하여 글래스 수트를 제조할 때 원료 수율을 높일 수 있다.
