Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present invention relate to a viewing angle control panel and a display device, and more specifically, a viewing angle control panel and a display device, wherein the viewing angle control panel includes: a first electrode; a liquid crystal layer; and a second electrode comprising a plurality of holes constituting a hall matrix, wherein switching speed between a normal mode and a privacy mode is fast, so response speed is fast, and a viewing angle can be controlled in any viewing angle direction, up, down, left, or right. 본 발명의 실시예들은, 시야각제어패널 및 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 제1 전극, 액정층 및 홀매트릭스를 구성하는 복수의 홀을 포함하는 하는 제2 전극을 포함함으로써, 노멀모드와 프라이버시모드의 전환속도가 빨라 응답속도가 빠르고 상하좌우 어느 시야각 방향에서도 시야각 제어가 가능한 시야각제어패널 및 표시장치를 제공할 수 있다.
