Spring pad for automobile suspension and manufacturing method

The present invention provides a spring pad for an automobile suspension system comprising a shock absorber installed between a vehicle body and an axle, a spring installed outside the shock absorber, upper and lower spring sheets supporting upper and lower portions of the spring, the spring pad interposed between the spring sheets. The spring pad (10) for the automobile suspension system includes a cylindrical portion (100) having a hollow in the center and a body portion (200) extending in a circumferential direction from the bottom of the cylindrical portion (100). On an upper surface of the body portion (200), a seating groove (210) is formed to seat the spring (S), and on a lower surface of the body portion (200), a seating surface (220) seated on one surface of the spring sheet (300) is formed. The spring sheet (300) has one surface (310) on which the seating surface (220) is seated and a circular rod portion (320) formed in a vertical direction from the center of the one surface, wherein an inner circumferential surface (110) of the hollow (101) formed in the cylindrical portion (100) is inserted into an outer circumferential surface (330) of the circular rod portion (320).
