Zusammenfassung: | Provided is an alkoxycarbonylation method of an ethylenically unsaturated compound using benzene-based diphosphine ligand and aluminum triflate. The alkoxycarbonylation method includes a step of charging an ethylene-based unsaturated compound at the early stage; a step of adding a compound including a ligand of chemical formula I and Pd; a step of pretreating aluminum triflate by applying decompression; a step of adding the pretreated aluminum triflate; a step of adding alcohol; a step of supplying CO; and a step of converting ethylene-based unsaturated compounds to ester. According to the present invention, excellent yield can be ensured.
