More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-obesity composition, wherein the combination of an Alpinia officinarum extract and a Phyllostachys nigra extract has excellent effects on inhibition of adipocyte differentiation and change in blood lipids, and furthermore, the anti-obesity composition further contains a Trigonella foenum-graecum extract, and a Platycodon grandiflorum extract.
