The present invention relates to a high-functional silicone adhesive and a film using the same and, more specifically, to a functional silicone adhesive that has high transparency, high heat resistance, low reflectance, vibration resistance, no yellowing, impact resistance, and high adhesive strength of 3,000 gf/inch or more, can be applied as a non-solvent type, exhibits excellent uniform high adhesive strength even at a thick thickness of 500 um or more, is advantageous for double-sided adhesion, has a high refractive index of 1.5 or more, is advantageous for high adhesion and functional lamination equal to or higher than acrylic and urethane when produced as a film, and has high visibility characteristics. 본 발명은 고기능성 실리콘 점착제 및 이를 이용한 필름에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고투명성, 고내열성, 저반사율, 내진동성, 무황변성, 내충격성 및 3,000 gf/inch 이상의 고점착력을 가지며, 무용제 타입으로도 적용이 가능하며, 500 um 이상의 두꺼운 두께에서도 균일한 우수한 고점착력을 나타내며, 양면접착에 유리하며, 굴절율 1.5 이상의 고굴절율을 가지며, 필름으로 제조시 아크릴, 우레탄과 동등 이상의 고점착력과 기능성 합지에 유리하며, 고시인성 특성을 동시에 가지는 기능성 실리콘 점착제에 관한 것이다.
