Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pourable pet feed fed in a tubular container. The method includes: step A of preparing chicken breast, duck fillet salmon, beef, and pollack as main ingredients in the form of powder by performing ultrafine grinding using a grinder under a particle size condition of 6000 to 8000 meshes; step B of hot air-drying the main ingredients powdered through step A for at least 24 hours; step C of preparing sweet pumpkin, sweet potato, and potato as first sub-ingredients in the form of powder by performing ultrafine grinding using a grinder under a particle size condition of 6000 to 8000 meshes; step D of preparing cabbage, shiitake mushroom, carrot, apple, lotus root, broccoli, spinach, and edible insect as second sub-ingredients in the form of powder by performing ultrafine grinding using a grinder under a particle size condition of 6000 to 8000 meshes; and step E of preparing the pourable pet feed by mixing the powdery main ingredients hot air-dried through step B, the powdery first sub-ingredients ultrafine-ground through step C, and the powdery second sub-ingredients ultrafine-ground through step D. The pourable pet feed prepared through step E is fed after being mixed and diluted with water in a tubular container. 본 발명은 튜브형 용기에 넣어 급여하는 반려동물용 유동사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 주재료로서 닭가슴살, 오리안심 연어, 소고기 및 황태 각각을 분쇄기를 이용해 6000 내지 8000 메쉬(mesh)의 입도조건에 맞춰 초미립분쇄 처리하여 분말 형태로 마련하는 A단계; 상기 A단계를 통해 분말화된 주재료들을 24시간 이상 열풍 건조 처리하는 B단계; 제1부재료로서 단호박, 고구마 및 감자 각각을 분쇄기를 이용해 6000 내지 8000 메쉬(mesh)의 입도조건에 맞춰 초미립분쇄 처리하여 분말 형태로 마련하는 C단계; 제2부재료로서 양배추, 표고버섯, 당근, 사과, 연근, 브로콜리, 시금치, 식용곤충 각각을 분쇄기를 이용해 6000 내지 8000 메쉬(mesh)의 입도조건에 맞춰 초미립분쇄 처리하여 분말 형태로 마련하는 D단계; 및 상기 B단계를 통해 열풍 건조 처리된 분말형 주재료, 상기 C단계를 통해 초미립분쇄 처리된 분말형 제1부재료, 상기 D단계를 통해 초미립분쇄 처리된 분말형 제2부재료를 혼합하여 반려동물용 유동사료를 제조하는 E단계;를 포함하며, 상기 E단계를 통해 제조된 반려동물용 유동사료는 튜브형 용기에 물과 함께 혼합 희석하여 급여된다.
