Smart Training System And Its Method

The present invention relates to a user-based customized training system that not only trains muscular strength or muscular endurance during training but also enhances individual exercise ability. The system comprises: a mirror module unit provided with a camera unit that collects motion information from the user's exercise posture and displays feedback information that guides the user's exercise posture; a mat unit for supporting a user who takes an exercise posture and optionally applying vibration to the user; and a server unit for receiving the motion information collected from the camera unit and transmitting the feedback information to the mirror module unit.
