The co-amorphous curcumin complex according to the present invention contains a curcumin compound and an amino acid, and has a solubility of 1 μg/ml or more. The co-amorphous curcumin complex according to the present invention provides an effect with improved poor water solubility. 난용성이 개선된 공동무정형 커큐민 복합체 및 그 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 공동무정형 커큐민 복합체는 커큐민 화합물 및 아미노산을 포함하고, 1㎍/ml 이상의 용해도를 갖는다.
