Pigment composition for yellow eco-friendly paint with excellent hiding power

Disclosed is a pigment composition for an eco-friendly yellow paint comprising 30 to 40 wt% of yellow inorganic pigment PY83, 10 to 25 wt% of precipitated barium sulfate, 10 to 25 wt% of precipitated calcium carbonate, and 30 to 45 wt% of titanium dioxide. According to the pigment composition for an eco-friendly yellow paint of the present invention, it is possible to prevent environmental pollution by excluding heavy metals from inorganic pigments and to preserve hiding power, which is an excellent physical property of conventional inorganic pigments. In addition, the manufacturing cost can be lowered by reducing the amount of semi-finished products of organic pigments, and the hiding power can be improved through extender pigments, white pigment additives, etc., thereby replacing the corresponding inorganic pigment PY34. 황색 무기안료 PY83 30 내지 40 중량%, 침강성 황산바륨 10 내지 25 중량%, 경질탄산칼슘 10 내지 25 중량%, 및 이산화티탄 30 내지 45 중량%를 포함하는 황색 친환경 도료용 안료 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명의 황색 친환경 도료용 안료 조성물에 의하면, 무기안료의 중금속을 제외함으로써 환경오염을 방지하고 기존의 무기안료의 뛰어난 물성인 은폐력을 보존할 수 있다. 또한 유기안료의 반제품 양을 줄임으로써 제조원가를 낮출 수 있으며, 또한 체질안료와 백색안료 첨가제 등을 통해 은폐력 개선함으로써 해당되는 무기안료 PY34를 대체할 수 있다.
