System and method for diagnosing abnormalities of reducer for railway vehicles using temperature measurement

The present invention relates to a system and method for diagnosing an abnormality of a reducer for a railway vehicle using temperature measurement, and more particularly, provides a system and method for diagnosing an abnormality of a reducer for a railway vehicle using temperature measurement, which can secure the driving stability of a railway vehicle since the state of a reducer of a railway vehicle can be checked while driving, by referring to the load of a railway vehicle traction motor and the bearing temperature of the reducer, and can reduce maintenance costs since a driver or vehicle manager can recognize or check whether there is an abnormality of the reducer before failure of the reducer occurs. 본 발명은 온도측정을 이용한 철도차량용 감속기의 이상 진단 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 철도차량 견인 전동기의 부하 및 감속기의 베어링 온도를 참고하여 철도차량의 감속기의 상태를 주행 중에 확인 할 수 있어 철도차량의 주행 안정성을 확보할 수 있음은 물론 감속기의 고장 발생 전에 이상 여부를 운전자나 차량관리자가 인지 또는 확인할 수 있어 유지보수 비용 역시 절감할 수 있는 온도측정을 이용한 철도차량용 감속기의 이상 진단 시스템 및 방법을 제공한다.
