Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a process system for separating carbon dioxide, and particularly, to an optimized system for operating a process for collecting and liquefying carbon dioxide and a calculation method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a process system for separating carbon dioxide by which high-concentration carbon dioxide can be produced and liquefied continuously under a concentration of carbon dioxide varying with the lapse of time. In this manner, it is possible to improve the purity of carbon dioxide as a final product and to maximize the yield thereof. Meanwhile, the present invention relates to the technology developed through 'Development of Carbon Dioxide Collection from Hydrogen Production Process (Detailed Task No. 2020-0278, Research Period: 2020.05.01 to 2020.12.31) as a part of 'Employment Stability Preemptive Response Package Support Project (Detailed Project Name: Employment Confirmed Technology Innovation Support Project in New Growth Industry)' of Changwon City Hall (Ministry of Employment and Labor). 본 발명은 이산화탄소 분리 공정시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 이산화탄소 포집 및 액화 공정의 최전 운전시스템 및 그 계산방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 이산화탄소 농도에 대해, 계속해서 고농도의 이산화탄소 생산 및 액화 가능한 이산화탄소 분리 공정 시스템을 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 최종제품으로서의 이산화탄소 순도 향상 및 회수율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 한편, 본 발명은, 창원시청(부처명: 고용노동부) '고용안정 선제 대응 패키지 지원사업(세부사업명: 신성장산업 고용확정형 기술혁신 중점지원사업)'의 일환으로 "수소 생산 공정으로부터 이산화탄소 포집 개발(세부과제번호: 2020-0278, 연구기간: 2020.05.01~2020.12.31)"을 통해 개발된 기술에 관한 것이다.
