Auto Alignment Feeding Apparatus of Heat Treatment Furnace

The present invention is to provide an auto alignment feeding apparatus of a heat treatment furnace, which can feed powder containers passing through the heat treatment furnace while keeping the containers aligned without meandering. A feeding apparatus of the present invention may include a first feeding unit and a third feeding unit for feeding containers when a container feeding direction is defined as a first direction and a direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction. A second feeding unit is provided between the first feeding unit and the third feeding unit, the second feeding unit is provided with second feeding shafts individually rotated by a second driving means, each driving shaft is rotated by the second driving means unit so that the speed of the containers is adjusted for each specific region of the second feeding unit, and the containers are automatically aligned while passing through the first to third feeding units and can proceed to the next process. 본 발명의 이송 장치는, 용기의 이송 방향을 제1 방향, 제1 방향에 수직한 방향을 제2 방향으로 정의할 때, 용기를 이송하는 제1 이송부 및 제3 이송부를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 이송부 및 상기 제3 이송부 사이에 제2 이송부가 마련되며, 제2 이송부에는, 제2 구동 수단에 의해 각각 개별로 회전하는 제2 이송 축이 구비되고, 제2 구동 수단에 의해 각 구동축을 회전시킴으로써 제2 이송부의 각각의 특정 영역별로 용기의 속도가 조절되며, 용기는 제1 이송부 내지 제3 이송부를 지나며 자동으로 정렬되어 다음 공정으로 넘어갈 수 있다.
