UNDERGROUND CROP HARVESTER TO SEPERATING IMPURITY

The present invention relates to an underground crop harvester capable of sorting out foreign materials, which separates and discharges foreign materials harvested together with crops by digging work, and after conveying the crops from which the foreign materials have been separated, additionally sorts out the foreign materials to collect the crops. The underground crop harvester capable of sorting out foreign materials comprises: a digging unit inserted into the soil to dig crops out; a sorting and conveying unit conveying and sorting, at the same time, the crops and foreign materials dug out by the digging unit through a sorting conveyor in the form of a porous net, and having a low-positioned inlet side connected to the digging unit and a high-positioned exit side through which the foreign materials are discharged; a crop conveying unit disposed on a side of the sorting and conveying unit to convey the crops sorted and discharged from the sorting and conveying unit through the sorting conveyor in the form of a porous net; and a crop sorting unit having a low-positioned exist side to sort and classify remaining foreign materials while conveying the crops moved from the crop conveying unit through the sorting conveyor. 본 발명은 굴취 작업에 의해 농작물과 함께 수확된 이물질을 농작물과 분리하여 배출함과 아울러 이물질과 분리된 농작물을 따로 이송한 후 이물질에 대한 추가 선별작업을 거쳐 농작물을 수확할 수 있도록 한 이물질 분류가 가능한 땅속작물 수확기에 관한 것으로, 토양에 관입되어 농작물을 굴취하는 굴취부; 다공망 형태의 분류컨베어를 통해 굴취부에 의해 굴취된 농작물과 이물질을 이송하면서 분류하며, 굴취부가 연결된 입구측은 낮고 이물질이 배출되는 출구측은 높게 배치되는 분류이송부; 다공망 형태의 이송컨베어를 통해 분류이송부에서 분류 배출된 농작물을 이송하도록 분류이송부의 측부에 배치되는 농작물이송부; 및 선별컨베어를 통해 농작물이송부에서 이송된 농작물을 이송하면서 잔여 이물질을 선별 분류하도록 출구측이 낮게 배치되는 농작물선별부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
