Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a composite plate material for shock absorption which comprises: a first plate material portion having a plurality of first plate materials stacked; and a second plate material stacked on both sides of an outside surface in a direction in which the first plate materials are stacked. Stiffness of the second plate material is greater than that of the first plate material, and an inclined portion is included to induce splitting of the composite plate material when an impact is applied to at least a part of a height direction end of the composite plate material. The composite plate material for shock absorption provided in one aspect of the present invention prevents radical breakage under load and stably secures gradual breakage. As a result, the composite plate material for shock absorption can secure buckling stability and at the same time obtain improved impact energy absorption performance with a minimum thickness and weight.
