Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a battery capacity measurement device and method. The battery capacity measurement device includes: a learning data input unit which receives capacity factor learning data of a battery measured in a charging and discharging process for a specific time of an individual battery selected as a learning target; and a measurement data input unit which receives capacity factor measurement data of a selected battery in a charging and discharging process performed for the specific time of the battery selected as a prediction target.
