According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for generating a block in a blockchain system composed of one or more participating nodes is disclosed. The method comprises: a step of determining whether each of the one or more participating nodes is a generator node by using a generator function; a step of generating a candidate block at the generator node based on candidate transactions included in the generator node; a step of transmitting the candidate block from the generator node to other nodes to verify the candidate block and receiving verification results; and a step of determining the candidate block verified by the generator node as a new block of the blockchain.
