Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a health information exchange system. According to the present invention, the health information exchange system receives the consent option according to a request for utilization of health information stored in a providing server, generates a consent code matching the consent option, generates an access key of the consent code, and passes the access key to a requesting server, and the providing server receives the access key from the requesting server, verifies the access key, extracts the consent code, and forwards the health information according to the consent code to the requesting server that delivered the access key. 제공 서버에 저장된 건강 정보에 대한 활용 요청에 따라 동의 옵션을 입력 받고, 동의 옵션에 매칭되는 동의 코드를 생성하며, 동의 코드의 액세스 키를 생성하여 요청 서버에 전달하고, 제공 서버가 요청 서버로부터 액세스 키를 전달받아 액세스 키의 검증을 수행하여 동의 코드를 추출하며, 동의 코드에 따른 건강 정보를, 액세스 키를 전달한 요청 서버에 전달하는, 건강 정보 교류 시스템을 제공한다.
