According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, disclosed is an optical coupling device. The optical coupling device relates to a device for transmitting an optical signal from a static signal path to a rotating signal path, the optical coupling device includes: a fixing unit including a first optical path having an optical terminal oriented in a downstream direction; a rotating unit including a source of a rotational motion and having a second optical path - the second optical path including a first end oriented toward the position at which the optical terminal is located and a second end oriented toward the position at which a downstream rotation optical path is located; and a connection unit providing a connection between the rotating unit and the downstream rotation optical path.
