Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a motor control apparatus and method of a vehicle electric steering apparatus. The motor control apparatus of the vehicle electric steering apparatus of the present invention comprises: a load detection unit which detects load of a vehicle; and an output control module which controls motor current applied to a motor of the electric steering apparatus from a steering control module of the electric steering apparatus according to the load of the vehicle detected by the load detection unit.
