Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a processing device capable of processing meat broth configuring soup into contents required by an orderer and a processing method using the device. The present invention relates to the device which is made of a boiling water tank, a processing tank, and n auxiliary tanks, wherein the device performs processing in the boiling water tank and the processing tank by an ordering method of an orderer in the boiling water tank and performs transfer and storage into the n auxiliary tanks for each processed type, and the processing method of meat broth configured by being processed through several steps until the meat broth is accommodated in each of the n auxiliary tanks. 본 발명은 탕류를 구성하는 육수를 주문자가 필요로 하는 내용으로 가공할 수 있는 가공장치와 그 장치를 이용한 가공방법에 관한 것으로, 열탕탱크와 가공탱크와 n개의 보조 탱크로 구성되고 열탕탱크에서 주문자의 주문방법으로 열탕탱크와 가공탱크에서 가공하고 가공한 종류별로 n개의 보조 탱크에 이송하여 저장하는 장치와 각 n개의 보조탱크에 수용되기 까지 여러 단계로 가공하여 구성되는 육수의 가공방법에 관한 것이다.
