BONDING APPARATUS

Provided is an attachment apparatus capable of attaching an attachment member to an attachment target member without entrainment of air bubbles while reliably preventing the attachment member from winding up. According to the present invention, the attachment apparatus (1A) comprises: an adsorption sheet (20) having an adsorption surface for adsorbing and holding an attachment member (50) to face an attachment target member (40) mounted on a stage (2); a perforated sheet (30) in contact with the adsorption surface of the adsorption sheet (20); an attachment mechanism (5) pressing the attachment member from the attachment start end (50a) toward the attachment end (50b) across both sheets (20, 30); and winding mechanisms (5, 6) winding up a part of the adsorption sheet (20) adsorbing and holding a part to which the attachment member (50) has been attached. The perforated sheet (30) has a plurality of through-holes, the attachment member is adsorbed and held by the adsorption sheet through the through-holes, and the perforated sheet (30) is wound up by the winding mechanisms (5, 6). 부착 부재가 감겨 올라가는 것을 확실히 방지하면서, 기포의 혼입 없이 부착 부재를 피부착 부재에 부착할 수 있는 부착 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 부착 장치(1A)는, 스테이지(2)에 재치된 피부착 부재(40)에 대향하도록 부착 부재(50)를 흡착 보지하기 위한 흡착면을 가지는 흡착 시트(20)와, 흡착 시트(20)의 흡착면에 접해진 유공 시트(30)와, 양 시트(20, 30) 너머 부착 부재의 부착 시단(50a)부터 부착 종단(50b)을 향해 눌러 가는 부착 기구(5)와, 흡착 시트(20)의, 부착 부재(50)의 부착이 끝난 부분을 흡착 보지하고 있는 부분을 감아 올리는 권상 기구(5, 6)를 구비한다. 유공 시트(30)는, 복수의 관통홀을 가지고, 부착 부재는, 관통홀을 개재하여 흡착 시트에 흡착 보지되고, 유공 시트(30)는, 권상 기구(5, 6)에 의해 감아 올려지도록 되어 있다.
