Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a headrest moving apparatus. The headrest moving apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a rotation bracket which is coupled to an upper end of a stay by a hinge to be arbitrarily rotatable and which has a first guide hole; and a backset reduction unit which is coupled between the rotation bracket and a headrest and which reduces a backset of the headrest by rotation of the rotation bracket due to inertia of the headrest in case of a rear collision.
