Zusammenfassung: | An objective of the present invention is to provide a method and device for accurately detecting temperature based on power measurement and optimally controlling temperature of the device based on power and temperature. The device comprises: a first circuit configured to operate based on first input signals; a first power monitor configured to measure first power of the first circuit based on the first input signals for each first cycle; a temperature sensor configured to sense temperature of the device for each second cycle; and a controller configured to estimate first temperature of the first circuit based on the first power for each first cycle, calculate third temperature by receiving second temperature from the temperature sensor for each second cycle and correcting the first temperature based on second temperature, and determine temperature of the first circuit based on the first temperature and the third temperature for each first cycle. The first cycle may be shorter than the second cycle.
