ELECTRON EMISSION SOURCE AND X-RAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

An electron emission source of an X-ray device by a disclosed present invention comprises: an electrode part that emits electrons for generating X-rays; a gate part that extracts the electrons emitted from the electrode part; and an insulating part provided between the electrode part and the gate part having an insulation property, wherein both end parts of the insulating part are each joined to the electrode part and the gate part, and are joined so as to surround at least one part of an outer peripheral surface of the electrode part. According to the configuration, the present invention enables to provide the electron emission source which is advantageous in ensuring airtightness while being excellent in assembly, and the X-ray device comprising the same. 개시된 본 발명에 의한 엑스레이 장치의 전자방출 소스는, 엑스레이 발생을 위한 전자를 방출하는 전극부, 전극부로부터 방출되는 전자를 추출하는 게이트부 및, 절연성을 가지고 전극부와 게이트부의 사이에 마련되는 절연부를 포함하며, 절연부는 전극부와 게이트부에 양 단부가 각각 접합되고, 전극부의 적어도 일부 외주면을 감싸도록 접합된다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 조립성이 우수하면서도 기밀성 확보에 유리한 전자방출 소스 및 이를 포함하는 엑스레이장치를 제공할 수 있다.
