Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a quick brake system for a tracked vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the quick brake system for a tracked vehicle, which allows a drum unit to be rotated by a locker that is automatically operated by centrifugal force when a tracked vehicle travels along a rail in excess of a set speed, so that a braking force is generated on the tracked vehicle by the frictional contact force between the drum unit and a pad housing unit. The quick brake system for a tracked vehicle comprises: a pad housing unit fixed to the driving unit of the tracked vehicle and equipped with a brake shoe; a drum unit installed on the brake shoe so that the inner surface of a second accommodating groove is in frictional contact with the brake shoe, and having a locking protrusion formed in a first accommodating groove to protrude; a rotation operation unit which is supported by a bearing on a burring portion of the drum unit to be rotated in the first accommodating groove of the drum unit, to which the rotating shaft of a drive unit of the tracked vehicle is axially coupled, and which is rotated so that a locker contacts the locking protrusion of the drum unit by centrifugal force, to rotate the drum unit; and a cover unit integrally fixed to one side of the drum unit so that the first tracked groove of the drum unit is closed. If the rotational speed of the rotating shaft of the drive unit exceeds the set speed, the locker of the rotation operation unit is protruded, and the locking protrusion is in locking contact with the protruded locker so that the drum unit is rotated integrally with the rotation operation unit. Therefore, the brake can be applied to the tracked vehicle by the frictional resistance between the inner surface (221) of the second accommodating groove of the drum unit and the brake shoe (120) of the pad housing unit.
본 발명은 궤도차량용 퀵브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 레일을 따라 주행되는 궤도차량이 설정속도를 초과하여 주행하게 될 경우, 원심력에 의해 자동작동되는 로커에 의해 드럼부가 회전되어, 드럼부와 패드하우징부의 마찰접촉력에 의해 궤도차량에 제동력이 발생되는 궤도차량용 퀵브레이크 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 궤도차량의 구동부에 고정설치되고 브레이크 슈가 구비된 패드하우징부; 브레이크 슈에 제2수용홈의 내측면이 마찰접촉되도록 설치되고 제1수용홈내에 걸림돌기가 돌출형성된 드럼부; 드럼부의 제1수용홈내에서 회전되도록 드럼부의 버링부에 베어링 지지되고, 궤도차량 구동부의 회전축이 축결합되며, 원심력에 의해 로커가 드럼부의 걸림돌기에 접촉되도록 회전이동되어 드럼부를 회전시키는 회전작동부; 드럼부의 제1수용홈이 폐쇄되도록 드럼부의 일측에 일체로 고정설치되는 커버부;를 포함하여, 구동부 회전축의 회전속도가 설정속도를 초과할 경우, 회전작동부의 로커가 돌출작동되고, 돌출작동된 로커에 걸림돌기가 걸림접촉되어 드럼부가 회전작동부와 일체로 회전됨으로써, 드럼부 제2수용홈의 내측면(221)과 패드하우징부 브레이크 슈(120)의 마찰저항에 의해 궤도차량의 제동이 이루어지도록 되 |
