Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a safety brake system for a track vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a safety brake system for a track vehicle, which allows a first pad unit or a second pad to be slid so that the same contacts a rail by first and second centrifugal weights that are automatically operated by centrifugal force, if a tracked vehicle running along the rail travels in excess of a set speed, and can prevent accidents by reducing the speed of the tracked vehicle or stopping the same by a frictional contact force generated by the first or second pad unit. The safety brake system comprises: a housing unit connected to a tracked vehicle; a roller unit connected to the housing unit to be in rolling contact with the top surface of a rail; a rotating unit connected to the roller unit to be located on an upper side of the rail, and for allowing first and second centrifugal weights, located thereinside, to protrude outward by centrifugal force if rotated in excess of a set speed; a brake pad unit connected to the housing unit to be located on a lower side of the rail, and having first and second pads for generating a frictional contact force with the rail; and an operating lever unit rotatably connected to the brake pad unit to be operated by the protruding first and second centrifugal weights of the rotating unit. 본 발명은 궤도차량용 안전브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 레일을 따라 주행되는 궤도차량이 설정속도를 초과하여 주행하게 될 경우, 원심력에 의해 자동작동되는 제1,2원심추에 의해 제1패드부 또는 제2패드부가 레일과 접촉되도록 슬라이딩 이동되고, 제1패드부 또는 제2패드부에 의해 발생되는 마찰접촉력에 의해 궤도차량의 속도가 저감 또는 정지되어 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 궤도차량용 안전브레이크 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 궤도차량에 연결설치되는 하우징부; 레일 상단면에 구름접촉되도록 하우징부에 연결설치되는 롤러부; 레일의 상측에 위치하도록 롤러부에 연결설치되고, 설정속도를 초과하여 회전될 경우, 내부에 위치한 제1,2원심추가 원심력에 의해 외부로 돌출작동되는 회전부; 레일의 하측에 위치하도록 하우징부에 연결설치되고 레일과 마찰접촉력을 발생시키는 제1,2패드부가 구비된 브레이크 패드부; 회전부의 돌출작동된 제1,2원심추에 의해 작동되도록 브레이크 패드부에 회전가능하게 연결설치되는 작동레버부;를 포함하도록 되어 있다.
