Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an ultraviolet (UV)-blocking cosmetic composition including an organic UV-blocking agent having secured precipitation stability, higher alcohol, and a titrated extract of Centella asiatica (TECA). According to the present invention, the UV-blocking cosmetic composition including TECA, an organic UV-blocking agent, synthetic wax, an ethylene/propylene copolymer, and higher alcohol can include TECA, which is a poorly soluble component, without precipitation in the composition, thereby providing a cosmetic composition effective for blocking ultraviolet rays while increasing skin absorption of TECA ingredients inducing antioxidant effects and increase of collagen expression. 석출안정성이 확보된 유기자외선 차단제, 고급 알코올 및 병풀 정량 추출물을 포함하는 자외선 차단용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 병풀 정량 추출물(Titrated Extract of Cetella asiatica: TECA), 유기 자외선 차단제, 합성왁스, 에칠렌/프로필렌코폴리머 및 고급 알코올을 포함하는 자외선 차단용 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 따르면, 난용성 성분인 TECA를 조성물 내 석출없이 포함시킬 수 있어 항산화 효과 및 콜라겐 발현 증가를 유도하는 TECA 성분의 피부 흡수를 향상시키면서도 자외선 차단에 효과가 있는 화장료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
