Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a thoracic catheter. According to the present invention, the thoracic catheter comprises: a thoracic tube insertion tube member allowing one part of an end side to be inserted into the chest cavity to discharge fluid from the chest cavity to the outside, wherein the part inserted into the chest cavity is made of a material capable of being freely expanded or contracted; and an expansion tube member disposed within the thoracic cavity insertion tube member and inflated when air is injected thereinto to inflate the part of the thoracic cavity insertion tube member inserted into the chest cavity. Accordingly, even if the lung, which is inflated during a procedure of sucking and discharging fluid, such as air and the like, in the thoracic cavity through the thoracic cavity insertion tube member, comes into contact with the thoracic cavity insertion tube member, injury to the lung is prevented and the thoracic cavity insertion tube member can be used safely to prevent accidents during the procedure, thereby significantly increasing safety of the procedure. In addition, escape is prevented by the tube inflated while being inserted into the chest cavity, and thus convenience is ensured during the procedure. In addition, accidents caused by carelessness of an operator or patient are prevented, and thus the stability during operation can be greatly increased.
본 발명은 흉부용 카테터에 관한 것으로 흉강 내로 일단부 측 일부분이 삽입되어 흉강 내의 유체를 외부로 배출시키며 흉강 내로 삽입되는 부분이 자유롭게 팽창 또는 수축될 수 있는 재질로 제조되는 흉강 삽입관부재, 상기 흉강 삽입관부재 내에 위치되며 공기가 주입되면 팽창되어 흉강 내로 삽입된 상기 흉강 삽입관부재의 일부분을 팽창시키는 팽창 튜브부재를 포함하여 흉강 내의 공기 등의 유체를 흉강 삽입관부재로 흡입하여 배출하는 시술 중 부풀어오르는 폐가 흉강 삽입관부재에 접촉되더라도 폐에 상처가 발생되는 것이 방지되고, 안전하게 사용이 가능하여 시술 중 사고 발생을 방지함으로써 시술의 안전성을 크게 향상시키며, 흉강 내로 삽입된 상태에서 팽창된 튜브에 의해 빠짐이 방지되어 시술 시 편의성을 확보함과 아울러 시술자 또는 환자의 부주의에 의한 사고를 방지하여 시술 시 안정성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. |
