CEILING PANEL ATTACHMENT APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a ceiling panel attachment apparatus installed on a workbench of a high-place work vehicle to assist ceiling panel attachment work. The ceiling panel attachment apparatus includes: a Y-axis transfer part (22) installed on a handrail of a workbench (1) of a high-place work vehicle to be horizontally moved in a longitudinal direction of the workbench (1); a vertical transfer part (10) installed on the Y-axis transfer part (22) to be extended and contracted in a vertical direction to move a loaded ceiling panel (2) in a vertical direction; and an X-axis transfer part (21) installed on the vertical transfer part (10) to move the loaded ceiling panel (2) in a width direction of the workbench (1). Since the ceiling panel is supported while kept adjacent to an accurate attachment position through the Y-axis transfer part, the vertical transfer part and the X-axis transfer part, one single worker can easily perform the ceiling panel attachment work, which can lead to a reduction in labor costs and an improvement in working efficiency. 본 발명은 고소작업차의 작업대에 설치되어 천장패널의 부착작업을 보조하는 천장패널 부착장치로서, 고소작업차의 작업대(1) 난간 상에 설치되어 상기 작업대(1)의 길이방향으로 수평 이동하는 Y축이송부(22); 상기 Y축이송부(22) 상에 설치되어 상하 방향으로 신축함으로써 적재된 천장패널(2)을 상하 방향으로 이동시키는 수직이송부(10); 및 상기 수직이송부(10) 상에 설치되어 적재된 천장패널(2)을 상기 작업대(1)의 폭 방향으로 이동시키는 X축이송부(21);를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 Y축이송부, 수직이송부 및 X축이송부를 이용하여 천장패널을 정확한 부착위치에 근접시킨 상태에서 지지해주므로 1인의 작업자만으로도 천장패널 부착작업을 쉽게 실시할 수 있어서 인건비가 절감되고, 작업능률이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
