More specifically, the pain treatment device having the stimulation measuring device, which is used by users who are inexperienced in using the treatment device, such as users of high age, lowers the intensity of the treatment device or turned off if the strength of the device is too strong, and when the user's body or body's reaction is measured using a measuring sensor part such as an acceleration sensor or a gyro sensor, and a movement above a threshold is detected so that the user does not feel pain or discomfort, and that the device is safely used.
