Zusammenfassung:Provided in the present invention are a high strength and high elongation hot rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the hot rolled steel sheet can guarantee high strength and high elongation. The high strength and high elongation hot rolled steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: 0.04-0.06 wt% of carbon (C); 1.1-1.3 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.015-0.06 wt% of aluminum (Al); 0.055-0.065 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.06-0.07 wt% of niobium (Nb); 0.015-0.025 wt% of vanadium (V); more than 0 wt% and equal to or less than 0.02 wt% of phosphorus (P); more than 0 wt% and equal to or less than 0.003 wt% of sulfur (S); and the balance of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities. The present invention satisfies 600-700 MPa of tensile strength (TS), 500-620 MPa of yield strength (YS), and 20-30 % of elongation (EL). 본 발명은, 높은 강도와 함께 높은 연신율을 확보할 수 있는, 고강도 고연신 열연강재 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 고강도 고연신 열연강재는, 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.04% ~ 0.06%, 망간(Mn): 1.1% ~ 1.3%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.015% ~ 0.06%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.055% ~ 0.065%, 니오븀(Nb): 0.06% ~ 0.07%, 바나듐(V): 0.015% ~ 0.025%, 인(P): 0% 초과 ~ 0.02%, 황(S): 0% 초과 ~ 0.003%, 및 잔부는 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 인장강도(TS): 600 MPa ~ 700 MPa, 항복강도(YS): 500 MPa ~ 620 MPa, 및 연신율(EL): 20% ~ 30% 를 만족한다.
