PC Modular PC pier structure with unexposed connection structure and its manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a modular PC pier having a non-exposed connection structure and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the modular PC pier having the non-exposed connection structure of the present invention comprises: a hollow steel member having a shear key on the outer surface; a plurality of PC segments having internal hollow units and continuously inserted and stacked along the outside of the hollow steel member in the longitudinal direction; and non-shrinkage grout poured into a space between the PC segment and the hollow steel member. A plurality of reinforcing bars are disposed inside the PC segment. In addition, the PC segments have sleeve joints for connecting the reinforcing bars between the PC segments which are in contact with each other. Accordingly, an objective of the present invention is to provide modularization capable of cross-sectional reduction in consideration of a downtown area, and the composite cross-section for the same. 본 발명은 비노출형 연결구조를 갖는 모듈형 PC교각 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 외면에 전단키를 갖는 중공강재; 내부 중공부를 가지며 상기 중공강재의 외측으로 길이방향으로 따라 연속적으로 삽입, 적층되는 복수의 PC 세그먼트; 및 상기 PC 세트먼트와 상기 중공강재 사이 공간에 타설되는 무수축 그라우트;를 포함하고, 상기 PC세그먼트 내부에는 복수의 철근이 배치되고, 서로 접촉하는 PC세그먼트 간의 철근을 연결하기 위한 슬리브 조인트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비노출형 연결구조를 갖는 모듈형 PC교각에 관한 것이다.
