Zusammenfassung:Provided is a vehicle license plate recognition method includes the steps of: detecting a moving object by comparing front and rear frames of a photographed image by executing a first thread; and recognizing a license plate by applying a deep learning algorithm only to an area in which the moving object is detected by executing a second thread. 차량 번호판 인식 방법은, 제1 스레드를 실행함으로써 촬영 영상의 전후 프레임을 비교하여 움직이는 물체를 검출하는 단계 및 제2 스레드를 실행함으로써 상기 움직이는 물체가 검출된 영역에 대해서만 딥러닝 알고리즘을 적용하여 차량 번호판을 인식하는 단계를 포함한다.
