Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an antidiabetic composition comprising a flavonoid derivative isolated from an outer skin of Allium cepa. Specifically, the present invention relates to an antidiabetic composition comprising 9 types of novel compounds of compounds 5 to 12 and 14 (cefa flava A to I), and 6 types of known compounds 1 to 4, 13, and 15. Through the same, it is expected to contribute to the treatment and research of oxidative stress and diabetes. 본 발명은 양파 외피로부터 분리한 플라보노이드 유도체를 포함하는 항당뇨 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 화합물 5~12, 14(세파플라바 A~I)의 신규 화합물 9종과 기존에 알려진 화합물 1~4, 13, 15의 6종을 포함하는 항당뇨 조성물에 관한 것으로, 이를 통해, 산화 스트레스와 당뇨병의 치료 및 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
