Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method for preparing trifluoroamine oxide which includes reusing recovered SbF_5. The method for preparing trifluoroamine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: introducing nitrogen trifluoride and nitrous oxide at the same time in the presence of a reaction catalyst to carry out reaction, thereby preparing an intermediate product; allowing the intermediate product to react with sodium fluoride to prepare trifluoroamine oxide; and thermally decomposing NaSbF_6 as a byproduct of the preceding step of preparing trifluoroamine oxide to recover SbF_5. In the method, the recovered SbF_5 is reused as the reaction catalyst in the subsequent step of preparing the intermediate product. 회수된 SbF5를 재사용하는 산화 삼불화아민의 제조방법이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 산화 삼불화아민의 제조방법은, 반응촉매 하에 삼불화질소 및 아산화질소를 동시에 투입하여 반응시켜 중간 생성물을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 중간 생성물을 불화 나트륨과 반응시켜 산화 삼불화아민을 제조하는 단계와, 그리고 상기 산화 삼불화아민의 제조 단계에서의 부산물인 NaSbF6를 열분해하여 SbF5를 회수하는 단계를 포함한다. 이 경우에, 회수된 SbF5는 이후의 상기 중간 생성물을 제조하는 단계에서 상기 반응촉매로 다시 사용된다.
