More specifically, the present invention relates to a soil water-holding capacity enhancer comprising a nanocomposite hydrogel having uniformly distributed crosslinking points without having to use an organic crosslinking agent, and a method for managing soil using the same. 본원발명은 나노복합체 하이드로겔을 포함한 토양보수력증진제 및 이를 이용하여 토양을 관리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본원발명은 유기 가교제를 사용하지 않으면서, 가교점이 균일하게 분포하는 나노복합체 하이드로겔을 포함하는 토양보수력증진제 및 이를 이용하여 토양을 관리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
