Zusammenfassung:	Provided are: an apparatus for measuring information about the green of a golf course; and a method for operating the apparatus for measuring information about the green of a golf course. The apparatus for measuring information about the green of a golf course according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing including a flagpole coupling unit allowing a flagpole to be coupled to the apparatus; at least one electrode located outside the housing; and a sensor measuring electrical characteristics through at least one electrode. 그린 정보 측정 장치 및 그린 정보 측정 장치의 동작 방법이 제공된다. 일 실시예에 따른 그린 정보 측정 장치는, 깃대와의 결합을 제공하는 깃대 결합부를 포함하는 하우징(housing), 하우징 외부에 위치한 적어도 하나의 전극, 그리고 적어도 하나의 전극을 통해 전기적 특성을 측정하는 센서를 포함한다.
