Zusammenfassung:An object of the present invention is to provide a display device in which display performance of a part of a screen is not deteriorated due to high heat generated from an inorganic light emitting device in a part of a region. According to the idea of the present invention, a display device comprises a display panel in which a plurality of display modules are horizontally arranged in an M*N matrix form. The plurality of display modules includes: a mounting surface on which a plurality of inorganic light emitting devices are mounted; a substrate including a rear surface disposed opposite to the mounting surface; and a module heat dissipation member in contact with the rear surface of the substrate to dissipate heat generated from the substrate. The display panel includes: a plurality of display modules; and a panel heat dissipating member connecting each module heat dissipating member to dissipate heat between the respective module heat dissipate members. 본 발명의 사상에 따르면 디스플레이 장치는 복수의 디스플레이 모듈이 M*N의 매트릭스 형태로 수평 배열된 디스플레이 패널을 포함하고, 복수의 디스플레이 모듈은 각각 복수의 무기 발광 소자가 실장되는 실장면과, 실장면의 반대편에 배치되는 후면을 포함하는 기판과, 기판에서 발생되는 열을 방열하도록 기판의 후면과 접촉하는 모듈 방열부재를 포함하고, 디스플레이 패널은 복수의 디스플레이 모듈 각각의 모듈 방열부재간의 열을 방열하도록 각각의 모듈 방열부재를 연결하는 패널 방열부재를 포함한다.
