| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention proposes a new method (technology) capable of dramatically reducing a service disconnection time of a terminal by enabling random access omission during a mobility procedure in a 5G NR system. A mobility control device comprises: an information securing unit for securing specific information required to access a target cell; and a mobility control unit which omits, when a mobility procedure from a source cell to the target cell is initiated, an access attempt to the target cell, and performs a step after the access attempt according to the mobility procedure based on the secured specific information.
본 발명은, 5G NR 시스템에서 mobility 절차 중 Random access 생략이 가능하도록 함으로써, 단말의 서비스 단절 시간을 획기적으로 단축시킬 수 있는 새로운 방안(기술)을 제시하고 있다. |
