Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing a platinum-based alloy catalyst, including controlling the particle size of a platinum-based alloy. The method according to the present invention includes the steps of: dispersing a carbonaceous catalyst carrier in polyol to prepare a carbonaceous catalyst carrier solution; introducing a platinum solution and transition metal precursor powder to the carbonaceous catalyst carrier solution and carrying out mixing at 40-100 ℃ to prepare a mixed solution; adding a reducing agent to the mixed solution to reduce a platinum-based alloy; and washing and drying the mixed solution containing the platinum-based alloy, wherein the reducing agent in the reduction step is sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and the amount of the introduced sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is controlled to control the particle size of the platinum-based alloy reduced and supported on the carbonaceous catalyst carrier.
본 발명은 백금계 합금의 입자 크기 조절을 포함하는 백금계 합금 촉매의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 탄소계 촉매 담체를 폴리올에 분산시켜 탄소계 촉매 담체 용액을 제조하는 단계, 탄소계 촉매 담체 용액에 백금 용액 및 전이금속 전구체 분말을 투입한 후 40 내지 100℃에서 혼합하여 혼합액을 제조하는 단계, 혼합액에 환원제를 첨가하여 백금계 합금을 환원하는 단계, 및 백금계 합금이 포함된 혼합액을 세척 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하고, 환원하는 단계에서, 환원제는 수산화나트륨(NaOH)이고, 수산화나트륨(NaOH)의 투입 양 조절을 통해서 환원되어 탄소계 촉매 담체에 담지되는 백금계 합금의 입자 크기를 조절하는 백금계 합금 촉매의 제조 방법을 제공한다. |
