Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a rotary motion device using inner and outer ring magnetic drums, comprising an inner ring magnetic drum (10), an outer ring magnetic drum (20), a cam wheel (30), a rail wheel (40), and a magnet block (50). In the rotary motion device, the magnet block is accommodated between the inner and outer ring magnetic drums, so a linear reciprocating feed force caused by an attractive that the centers of magnetic lines of force in first and second upward and downward magnet sections try to coincide with each other or repulsive force is converted into rotational motion by the inclined motion of a cam roller and a waveform cam rail, thereby improving a rotational torque and providing a stable rotational force necessary for driving a generator. In particular, both ends of the first and second downward magnet sections overlap with both ends of the first and second upward magnet sections to form an overlapping section, and in the overlapping section, the first upward and downward magnet sections and the second upward and downward magnet sections are arranged in opposite polarity to each other, so the attractive and repulsive forces work in combination with inner and outer linear magnets of the magnet block, resulting in an improved structure where a magnetic balance state is maintained.
