Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an interview training providing method for entering a company, comprising: a step of acquiring a new user's behavior tendency data and condition data related to work processing ability; a step of providing one or more company candidates matching the behavior tendency data and the condition data to a company proper for the new user by using a machine learning model; a step of acquiring priority on the provided one or more companies from the new user; a step of generating an interview training curriculum based on the priority by using the machine learning model; and a step of providing the interview training based on the generated interview training curriculum. The present invention aims to provide an interview training providing method for entering a company, which is capable of providing an interview training for a job seeker to enter a desired company based on the behavior tendency and work processing ability of the job seeker by using a machine learning model. 본 발명은 회사 입사를 위한 면접 훈련 제공 방법에 있어서, 신규 사용자의 행동 성향 데이터 및 업무처리 능력과 관련된 조건 데이터를 획득하는 단계; 기계학습 모델을 이용하여, 상기 행동 성향 데이터 및 상기 조건 데이터와 매칭되는 적어도 하나의 회사 후보를, 상기 신규 사용자에게 적합한 회사로 제공하는 단계; 상기 신규 사용자로부터 상기 제공된 적어도 하나의 회사에 대한 우선순위를 획득하는 단계; 상기 기계학습 모델을 이용하여, 상기 우선순위를 기초로, 면접 훈련 커리큘럼을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 생성된 면접 훈련 커리큘럼에 기초하여 면접 훈련을 제공하는 단계;를 포함한다.
