System And Method for Managing Access to the Workplace

A system for managing access to a worksite according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a terminal unit which generates image information by photographing a worker from the outside of a worksite, generates audio information by recording a voice of the worker, and transmits the generated image information and audio information of the worker; a determination unit which receives the image information and audio information of the worker from the terminal unit, and determines whether the worker complies with safety rules using the image information and audio information of the worker; and a locking unit which is unlocked when the worker complies with the safety rules, to allow the worker to access the worksite. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 작업현장 출입관리 시스템은 작업현장의 외부에서 작업자를 촬영하여 영상정보를 생성하고, 작업자의 음성을 녹음하여 음성정보를 생성하고, 생성한 상기 작업자의 영상정보 및 음성정보를 전송하는 단말부; 상기 단말부로부터 상기 작업자의 영상정보 및 음성정보를 수신하고, 상기 작업자의 영상정보 및 음성정보를 이용하여 상기 작업자에 대한 안전수칙준수 여부를 판별하는 판별부; 및 작업자가 안전수칙들을 준수한 경우 잠금 해제되어 작업자의 작업현장 접근을 허용하는 잠금부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
