The present invention relates to a gas treatment system and a ship having the same. According to the present invention, the gas treatment system comprises: a housing placed on a bow deck of the ship on which a liquefied gas storage tank is mounted; a liquefied gas pump placed in the housing and pumping liquefied gas transferred from the liquefied gas storage tank; a gasifier placed on one side of the liquefied gas pump inside the housing and heating the liquefied gas by a heat medium; and a liquefied gas supply line sequentially transferring the liquefied gas of the liquefied gas storage tank to the liquefied gas pump and the gasifier. The liquefied gas supply line includes a plurality of connection parts connected by a flange, and a plurality of protective covers respectively covering the plurality of connection parts, and prevents the floor surface of the housing from coming in contact with the gas leaking from the connection parts.
